Just bring yourself, dressed in comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows free movement. If you have your own yoga mat and props (blocks, belt, etc.), feel free to bring them. However, props and mats are usually provided at our studios. We recommend avoiding heavy meals 2–3 hours before class and bringing a small towel and water bottle if needed.
If it’s your first class, arriving 10–15 minutes early will help you settle in and speak to the teacher about any injuries or concerns.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted clothing is best so the teacher can observe your alignment and provide guidance. Avoid overly loose or baggy clothes, as they may get in the way during certain poses.
A: Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Our experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers will guide you step by step, offering clear instructions and modifications to suit your needs. Props are used to support your practice, making poses accessible regardless of flexibility or experience.
Everyone starts somewhere — just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn!
A: We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, settle down, set up your mat and props, and speak with the teacher if you have any injuries or concerns. Arriving early also helps create a calm, focused start to your practice.
If it’s your first time, a few extra minutes will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
